Want to take your leadership to the next level? This 1:1 coaching program has been designed to accelerate your leadership development journey, boost your resilience as a leader, and maximize your impact.
What you will learn
Want to bring your whole self into your leadership? This customized leadership development program will be fully tailored to meet your goals (length/content/format). Specific 1:1 sessions with your coach will invite you to revisit your leadership “from inside out” by working through your 3 leadership circles:
- SELF-AWARENESS — Explore how emotional intelligence, empathy and compassion contribute to a more authentic and inclusive leadership style. Create your personal leadership compass and leadership vision. Get in-depth 360° feedback on how your leadership style is perceived. Work on your strengths as well as the dark sides of your leadership style.
- TEAMS — Mobilize people. Inspire great teamwork. Understand how to influence teams/groups dynamics for superior performance. Deliver transformational feedback. Lead with authenticity and integrity.
- ORGANIZATION — Leverage your leadership vision. Communicate with power and assertiveness. Lead key transformations across the organization.

Frederic is passionate about teams and organizations development which led him to create Actitudes Coaching back in 2010. As a consultant and keynote speaker, he helps senior executives and their teams drive change, enhance leadership, and strengthen workplace culture. Frederic recently published his vision of teams and organizations development in a book entitled "Sustainable Teams: 18 drivers to enable high-performance teamwork" .
