

{"id":106725,"date":"2024-11-27T16:25:05","date_gmt":"2024-11-27T15:25:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/actitudes.ch\/?p=106725"},"modified":"2025-01-21T16:06:56","modified_gmt":"2025-01-21T15:06:56","slug":"fallstudie-vorgestellt-von-ela-pantea-wahrend-des-moduls-teamfuhrung-cas-execed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/actitudes.ch\/de\/case-study-apporte-par-ela-pantea-durant-le-module-conduite-dequipe-cas-execed\/","title":{"rendered":"Fallstudie von Ela Pantea w\u00e4hrend des Moduls Teamf\u00fchrung (CAS EXECED)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class='breakdance'><section class=\"bde-section-106725-100 bde-section\">\n  \n  \n\t\n\n\n\n<div class=\"section-container\"><div class=\"bde-rich-text-106725-101 bde-rich-text breakdance-rich-text-styles\">\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fcckblick auf den <strong>Fallstudie, die Ela Pantea w\u00e4hrend des letzten Moduls Teamf\u00fchrung vorgestellt hat <\/strong>im Rahmen des CAS in Teammanagement der Executive Education HEC Lausanne, geleitet von Frederic Meuwly. <br \/><br \/>W\u00e4hrend dieser Fallstudie wurde die anwesende Managergruppe eingeladen, in Untergruppen Ans\u00e4tze und L\u00f6sungen zu entwickeln und mitzuentwickeln, um die von Ela eingebrachte Herausforderung zu beantworten, die lautete: <br \/><br \/><strong>\u201cEin multidisziplin\u00e4res Team in einer spezialisierten Schule f\u00fchren\u201c.<\/strong> <br \/><br \/><strong>Jede Untergruppe hatte die Aufgabe, eine der folgenden Fragen zu diesem Fall zu beantworten, basierend auf den 18 Treiber f\u00fcr nachhaltige Teams:<\/strong><br \/><br \/>1. Wie kann die individuelle und kollektive Resilienz in diesem Kontext des Wandels gef\u00f6rdert werden?<br \/>2. Wie kann die psychologische Sicherheit im Team gest\u00e4rkt werden?<br \/>3. Welche Praktiken und Tools k\u00f6nnten die Nachhaltigkeit des Teams st\u00e4rken?<br \/>4. Wie kann das Team zu einem \u201clernenden Team\u201d gemacht werden, das gegenseitiges Lernen f\u00f6rdert, ohne sich ausschlie\u00dflich auf die Teamleiterin zu verlassen?<br \/>5. Wie k\u00f6nnen berufliche Praktiken zwischen Generationen harmonisiert und ein offener Dialog \u00fcber Arbeitsmethoden gef\u00f6rdert werden?<br \/><br \/><strong>Und hier sind einige der Ideen und Vorschl\u00e4ge, die von den Gruppen entwickelt wurden:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Schaffung regelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Gespr\u00e4chsr\u00e4ume (Woche \/ Monat \/ Quartal) &gt;
