This hybrid program combining two days of residential training, video capsules and an online session is aimed at executives, team leaders and managers who want to develop Generative Leadership with their teams.
Generative Leadership is the basis of effective teamwork, which helps to build sustainable teams.

- How to mobilize your team around 18 drivers from our book "Sustainable Teams: 18 drivers for high-performance, sustainable teamwork".
- How to guide your team through change and support them in the various phases of development.
Team dynamics:
- Reinforce team cohesion and collaborative dynamics.
- Enable generative dialogue and leverage team strengths.
- Enable the expression of individual and collective needs using a structured framework.
- Take stock of your managerial practices with the help of 18 drivers.
Taking action:
- Define concrete implementation actions with your team following the Residential.
- Integrate actions into its roadmap to support the achievement of its objectives and missions.
- Equip yourself with concrete tools to use directly with your team.
Following the two-day residential seminar, you define the commitments and concrete actions you wish to test and implement in your day-to-day work with yourself and your team. During the follow-up phase, we debrief together and, with the group's input, take a closer look at the situations brought forward by each of you.
At the same time, you can work with a Peer-coaching pair.
