In this interview, Sandra Cottet, Director of Administration at the Vaud University of Teacher Education (HEP Vaud), tells us more about her participant experience during the Train-the-Trainer facilitator for sustainable teams in October 2024.

Sandra also tells us that interpersonal relationships were weakened during the COVID period, and that she wishes to rely on the 18 key factors and sustainable team tools to strengthen these interpersonal bonds, enable serene relationships within the team, and build for the long term.
