And it implies a stance from management that requires a lot of courage, presence, authenticity, and also time. On this subject, <a id=\"ember4263\" class=\"ember-view\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/fredericmeuwly\/\">Frederic Meuwly<\/a> cites <a id=\"ember4264\" class=\"ember-view\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/brenebrown\/\">Bren\u00e9 Brown<\/a> and her famous \u201ccourage of vulnerability,\u201d which perfectly applies to your stance and authenticity, Alexandra.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Such a culture change is like a change of terrain: it takes time and happens progressively.
