This is one of the objectives of our MeetUp Actitudes: to break down silos and be able to share best practices, inspirations, and ideas across different professional fields, even when they appear to be very different. <br \/><br \/><strong>Julie tells us that she was able to use the 18 key factors cards during a half-day workshop with her managers<\/strong> to generate discussions within the group, express priority themes, and focus ideas and improvement proposals around several key dimensions, including:<\/p>\n<p><strong>#18 Supportive Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>#16 Communication tools and platforms<\/strong>. <br \/><br \/><strong>Following this workshop, the teams were able to develop various projects within the framework of the priority factors defined together<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Such as creating video tutorials made <strong>by the team for the team<\/strong> in the form of short training video capsules.<\/li>\n<li>The team of managers also did extensive progressive work around <strong>the manager-coach posture.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br \/><strong>In Julie's daily management role, the 18 key factors cards have become a guideline for her personally and in her team management.<\/strong> <br \/><br \/>We could highlight many other fascinating points from her sharing, but for the sake of brevity, we will stop there for today.
