{"id":107041,"date":"2024-09-25T10:44:49","date_gmt":"2024-09-25T08:44:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/actitudes.ch\/?p=107041"},"modified":"2025-01-16T10:56:22","modified_gmt":"2025-01-16T09:56:22","slug":"intervision-circle-facilitators-a-theme-that-emerged","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/actitudes.ch\/en\/cercle-dintervision-facilitateurs-trices-un-theme-qui-a-emerge\/","title":{"rendered":"Facilitators' Intervision Circle: Sharing a recent reflection"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"bde-section-107041-100 bde-section\">\n  \n  \n\t\n\n\n\n<div class=\"section-container\"><div class=\"bde-rich-text-107041-101 bde-rich-text breakdance-rich-text-styles\">\n<p>One of the themes that emerged during our last <strong>Facilitators' Intervision Circle<\/strong>, which took place on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, with a small group of facilitators in Vevey, was that of: <br \/><br \/><strong>\"Post-workshop\" follow-up and the integration of ideas and actions that emerged during a workshop into the daily professional life of a team or organization.<\/strong><br \/><br \/>The facilitators' group discussion focused particularly on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>How can we enable the integration of ideas and avenues that emerged during a workshop into the individual and team professional daily life?<\/li>\n<li>What physical support (disk, mini-cubes, etc.) can help this transfer into daily professional life: for example, by bringing a physical object back to one's desk and how?<\/li>\n<li>How can we enable \u201canchoring\u201d on actions agreed upon during a workshop?
