class=\"bde-rich-text-110273-101 bde-rich-text breakdance-rich-text-styles\">\n<p><strong>Our last facilitators' intervision circle<\/strong> on February 11, 2025 was an opportunity for the very nice group of facilitators present to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>meet other facilitators<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li><strong>get inspired by the different resources<\/strong> that are currently driving you,<\/li>\n<li><strong>exchange and mutually enrich yourselves on your different animation structures<\/strong> for launching your seminars, on the exercises you use as \u201cwarm-up\u201d or opening of your workshops,<\/li>\n<li>to <strong>benefit from the cross-perspectives<\/strong> of your colleagues on one of your personal facilitation situations, in intervision sub-groups,<\/li>\n<li>and of course to discover our very stylish video call backgrounds for some \ud83d\ude09<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br \/>Thank you for your presence at this circle: Andrea Zahno, Caroline Thom Zaugg, Marine Boudvin, C\u00e9line Rebstein, Rachel Zohar Simond, Marco Mancesti, Maribel Chabloz, Lorain Bl\u00e9try, Christophe Meregnani, S\u00e9verine Marie Felley and for facilitating the circle Frederic Meuwly and Clarissa Nicolet.<\/p>\n<p><br \/><strong>Our intervision circles are reserved for our certified or in-certification facilitators and take place several times a year over a half-day<\/strong>. <br \/><br \/><strong>These intervision circles are an opportunity for our facilitators to<\/strong>:<br \/><br \/>\u2705 Share their facilitation experiences and practices.<br \/>\u2705 Exchange on their workshop animations and project support. <br \/>\u2705 Discover and experiment with new sequences and facilitation tools.<br \/><br \/>And if you also wish to join our growing community of sustainable
