We are pleased to <\/span>re-share some systemic principles <\/b>brought by Andrea Zahno, FSP Psychologist and facilitator at Actitudes - this Monday during our <\/span>MeetUp Actitudes<\/b>\u00ae<\/b> around systemic thinking in organizational support.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During this MeetUp, the group present was invited to <\/span>directly apply systemic principles <\/b>itself to <\/span>generate hypotheses and recommendations around a concrete case <\/b>brought by Andrea in the form of a vignette.<\/span><\/p>\n

And here are Some systemic principles<\/b> on which the group could rely in its reflection:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

CIRCULARITY<\/strong>: What is identified as \u00ab the problem \u00bb is often the visible effect of a sequence, or even an adaptive response of the system to another imbalance.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

MULTI-CAUSALITY<\/strong>: Effects are produced by a network of factors, which interact with each other and evolve over time.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

SYSTEMIC READING OF THE SYMPTOM \/ PROBLEM<\/strong>: A local symptom is a reflection of the global system.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

HOMEOSTASIS<\/strong>: The system seeks to maintain its balance even if it is dysfunctional.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u00c9EQUIFINALITY<\/strong>: Different paths can lead to the same result.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n
