So THANK YOU for your presence, our exchanges, our sharing, as well as your precious and motivating feedback!<\/li>\n<li>This day brought together both Facilitators, as well as Leaders, and more broadly real Ambassadors of change towards more sustainable teams and organizations.<\/li>\n<li>This day was mainly dedicated to sharing inter-organizational experiences and best practices around sustainable teams, both at the level of organizational, managerial, HR practices, and change management.<\/li>\n<li>This day also allowed us to discover that the ecocycle model is a true transformation model...:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4>\u00ab Originally, we had designed this experience and this day format \u201cExperiencing the ecocycle in real life (and in nature!)\u201d just for this MeetUp.
