The 18 key factor giant cubes bring a real immersion into the \u201csustainable teams\u201d universe and allow the appropriation of each dimension \/ factor to one's own team reality, its challenges and solution paths.<\/h3>\n


A nod to our sustainable teams facilitator Pauline Strehler from the Vaud Red Cross, in full interaction with Factor #11 \"Workplace design and ergonomics\" during a participatory workshop of the Train-the-Trainer Sustainable Teams Facilitator in October 2024.

The Actitudes\u00ae giant cubes allow for \"concrete\" connection and interaction with each of the 18 key factors for sustainable teams: exploring challenges within one's organization, generating ideas and concrete action paths.

In terms of facilitation, these giant cubes allow for the use of a room's spaces throughout the animation, by creating zones, movements, facilitating future projections and\/or retrospectives.<\/strong>
