This is the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">model<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that the \u201cecocycle\u201d, inspired by <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Liberating Structures <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(ref.)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, invites us to explore. <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This model <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">constitutes a <\/span><b>powerful visual canvas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to stimulate reflection on the evolutionary dynamics of a system, whether large or small. It offers great analytical flexibility. One can choose to place it at the level of the organization as a whole, to focus it on a specific team, or even to apply it to just one of the 18 factors to reflect on related practices. Similarly, one can position oneself as an individual or leader at the center of the \u201cecocycle\u201d and use it as a mirror to evaluate the evolution of one's own skills and interactions, making this model a valuable support for reflection and personal development.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe \u201decocycle\" takes up the natural cycle found in<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> all components<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in nature and<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> structures <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">into <\/span><b>four phases<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> main:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>maturity <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Continue)<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">corresponds to<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> processes and activities <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that are going well<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, (like a tree whose<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fruits nourish the\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">environment); ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>creative transformation:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Stop)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This composting or destruction phase frees up resources for new initiatives; ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>gestation:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Ideas \/ Awaiting launch)<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">refers to<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the \"idea box\" of potential future projects, waiting to be launched and to have resources injected into them; ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>birth:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Starting)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> refers to the underlying dynamics<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of new projects or activities, requiring energy and attention to find their cruising speed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The model also includes <strong>two types of \"trap\":<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>the poverty trap<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is located between gestation and birth. It concerns valuable elements that are under-invested due to lack of resources or <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">support<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>the rigidity trap <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is found between maturity and creative transformation.
