And here are some insights into the ideas that emerged from these discussions:<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Changing a company culture happens progressively, and everyone must be an actor in it, at all levels.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Consider the \u201ctime factor\u201d in this type of transformation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitor the change to allow the group to observe its evolutions.
