In this video, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Meuwly, Founder of Actitudes and the approach, summarizes the 18 key factors for us, represented in the form of a tree:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bde-video-123714-102 bde-video\">\n<div class=\"ee-video-container\">\n                                                                        \n                <lite-youtube\n                        videoid=\"zyx974LxLo4\"\n                                                style=\"background-image:inherit; \"\n                        class=\"ee-video lazyload\"\n                        title=\"\"\n                        params=\"&playsinline=0&rel=0&enablejsapi=1\"\n                 data-bg-image=\"url(https:\/\/i.ytimg.com\/vi\/zyx974LxLo4\/maxresdefault.jpg)\">\n                <\/lite-youtube>\n                    \n        \n            \n    <\/div>\n\n<\/div><div class=\"bde-rich-text-123714-107 bde-rich-text breakdance-rich-text-styles\">\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3 id=\"ember2437\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">The discussions and themes developed by the group were so rich and impactful that we would like to try to share some key ideas in this White Paper.<\/h3>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2439\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">Thanks to Laila Merval, Andrea Zahno, Laure Baltischwiler, Guy Zehnder, Anne-Laure Egger-Dormond - PCC Coach, Nicolas Ecknauer, Julien Weyer and Marco Mancesti for your valuable contributions to this session and to Frederic Meuwly and Clarissa Nicolet for facilitating the session.<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2450\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\">This working session, which first allowed the group to reflect on multiple ideas and exchange best practices; then in a second phase to co-develop these themes in more depth.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"ember2451\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__paragraph\"><strong>The idea was to reflect on how to integrate the 18 key factors as well as the \u201csustainable teams\u201d approach into the <\/strong><strong><em>different levels<\/em><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>both of the lifecycle <strong>employee<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>of the experience of the\u2019<strong>team <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>as well as of <strong>leadership<\/strong> (organization, team managers and more broadly leaders)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 id=\"ember2453\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-2\">Some key ideas:<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"ember2454\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">Talent attractiveness, company image, organizational culture, onboarding:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Being able to use the 18 key factors for sustainable teams to develop an organizational culture, a common internal language (and also with external stakeholders), stakeholders and future employees from the recruitment and talent attraction phase.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate these key factors into job and skill descriptions<\/li>\n<li>Integrate them into an organizational competency framework<\/li>\n<li>Develop a description of resulting behaviors and attitudes that we wish to see manifested within the organization<\/li>\n<li>Develop a <em>corporate certification<\/em> of the \u201cfriendly workplaces\u201d type which could, for example, be called \u201csustainable workplaces\u201d to promote the employer brand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"ember2456\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">Performance development and management:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Integrate an objective around the key factors into performance evaluation (individual and collective).<\/li>\n<li>Link the 18 factors to a competency framework (especially for <em>soft skills<\/em>).<\/li>\n<li>Use the 18 factors as a basis for a clear and structuring 360 Development Plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"ember2458\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">Team Life \/ Management<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a charter for teams in which the 18 factors are linked to tangible behaviors and practices. Use TeamScan to determine improvement levers via the 18 key factors.<\/li>\n<li>Use the 18 key factors card game or other cards for a \"daily weather check\" during individual Manager-Employee interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate the 18 factors into management training to better link them to daily practices.<\/li>\n<li>During interviews, ask one or two specific questions related to a factor deemed important.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"ember2460\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">End of employment contract \/ separation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide the separation under the best conditions, with a development perspective for the employee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3 id=\"ember2462\" class=\"ember-view reader-text-block__heading-3\">Finally, an essential point emerging from the group's reflections is the possibility of integrating the 18 key factors at different levels: organizational, team, and individual.
