The first is that of the circular or regenerative economy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">1. The circular or regenerative economy<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">In the circular or regenerative economy, we oppose the ' <i data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"206\">'take-make-waste'<\/i> approach of the linear economy. In a sustainable team, people are not considered simply as resources used to manufacture products or provide services, but as full-fledged human beings.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\"><strong>We will therefore seek to support and develop these individuals throughout their entire life cycle within the organization and even beyond.<\/strong> For sustainable teams, we can also talk about'<em>energy efficiency<\/em> and zero waste to ensure optimal functioning regarding both human aspects and performance-related aspects.<\/p>\n<h5 data-path-to-node=\"8\">Individuals <strong>sustainable teams<\/strong> will thus avoid <em>wasting<\/em> their resources as might be the case in other teams with, for example:<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\">Too much inertia in decision-making<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\">Internal conflicts that are destructive<\/li>\n<li data-path-to-node=\"9,2,0\">Or poor coordination due to a lack of clarity regarding roles and responsibilities within the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The logic of the compound effect<\/b><\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">To prevent this, sustainable teams will work according to the logic of the'<strong>compound effect<\/strong> (<em>Compound Effect<\/em>) and seek to regularly and consistently implement <em>continuous improvements<\/em> which will have in <em>the long term<\/em> some <strong>multiplied impacts<\/strong> not only for the team, but also for the'<strong>entire ecosystem<\/strong> of which they are a part.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\" data-path-to-node=\"11\"><strong>CUMULATIVE EFFECT<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-path-to-node=\"11\"><strong>Smart Choices<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-path-to-node=\"11\"><strong>+ Consistency<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-path-to-node=\"11\"><strong>+ Time\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-path-to-node=\"11\"><strong>= Radical long-term difference\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bde-rich-text-186764-113 bde-rich-text breakdance-rich-text-styles\">\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"12\">\u00a0<\/h3>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">2. This catalog is a set of interdependent socio-ecological measures to create a better, lasting world.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"25\">And I had noticed interesting parallels between these goals and my philosophy of sustainable teams. So, by digging a little deeper, it was thanks to this UN catalog that I was able to design a similar approach, but on a smaller scale, for the creation of more sustainable teams and organizations.
