Among other things, it allows to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>maintain a dynamic<\/strong>&nbsp;stimulating in the intervals between group work sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>strengthen and support each individual<\/strong>&nbsp;in the implementation of their action plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>value internal resources<\/strong>&nbsp;within the team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>stimulate collective intelligence and the search for solutions&nbsp;<\/strong>within peer-coaching pairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>break down \u00absilos\u00bb and strengthen collaboration<\/strong>&nbsp;and creating a climate of trust, openness, and mutual support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We use it very regularly in our programs, whether in the context of training, group coaching, or team support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How does peer-coaching work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal of peer-coaching is to create a relationship of mutual support with a trusted colleague to share progress\/difficulties encountered and find new solutions together. Members of a peer-coaching pair take turns bringing a situation they wish to work on within their pair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Download the canvas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This canvas will guide you through the important questions to ask yourself for each of the 5 phases of a peer-coaching session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/actitudes.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/Peer-coaching-canevas-Actitudes.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Download the canvas (PDF)<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"background-color:#0000000f\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The 5 steps of a peer-coaching session&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To help you structure your sessions, here are key questions you can use at each step:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Step 0 | Reflect before the session on the situation you wish to work on&nbsp;<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Briefly describe the situation you wish to work on<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What is the context, the environment, the people involved?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What factors are favorable\/unfavorable to you?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What do you want to change\/achieve?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Step 1 | Define your objectives in relation to this situation<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Overall objective | Formulate your objective so that it is SMART \u2013 Specific \u2013 Measurable \u2013 Ambitious \u2013 Realistic \u2013 Time-bound<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Objective for this session | How can this session help you progress towards your final goal?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What do you want to have done\/clarified\/defined\/... by the end of this peer-coaching session?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are there any elements to prepare\/share in advance to make this session more beneficial for you?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Step 2 | Do a \u00ab reality check \u00bb of the situation<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What exactly is happening right now?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What have you tried to do so far \u2013 with what results?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What are your doubts \/ thoughts at this stage?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What is preventing you from acting now (the obstacles)?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What needs to happen to unblock this situation?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Step 3 | Evaluate all the options available to you, be creative!<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What options\/opportunities do you see?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What are the advantages\/disadvantages of each of these options?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you had a magic wand to solve this situation, how would you use it? What would be an ideal solution for you?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What do you need in relation to this?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Step 4 | Commit to action and be proactive to trigger a favorable evolution of the situation<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>And now, how do you concretely wish to move forward?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What obstacles could arise \u2013 and how will you overcome them?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With whom could you collaborate \u2013 and how? Would you need help or other resources \u2013 in what form?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On a scale of 1 to 10, how convinced are you that these activities will succeed?
