Many organizations and volunteer associations have already been able to develop their teams by working around these factors.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"11:1-14:0\">\n<li data-sourcepos=\"11:1-11:196\"><strong><span class=\"citation-59\">The Crown<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"citation-59 citation-end-59\"> : Represents the team's purpose and shared vision, innovation and value creation, as well as the beneficiary (\u201cfaithful\u201d) experience. <\/span><\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"12:1-12:370\"><strong><span class=\"citation-58\">The Trunk and Branches<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"citation-58 citation-end-58\"> : Symbolize team dynamics, collaboration and energy flow, including inspiring goals, work-life\/ministry balance, conflict management and feedback, learning and growth, reliability and teamwork, and a positive attitude towards change. <\/span><\/li>\n<li data-sourcepos=\"13:1-14:0\"><strong><span class=\"citation-57\">The Roots<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"citation-57 citation-end-57\"> : Embody strong foundations such as supportive leadership, psychological safety, clarity of roles and processes, stakeholder and risk management, workplace design, resources and know-how, recognition and reward, communication, and strategy and priorities. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For lasting impact: anchoring and networking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ensure a lasting impact for this \u201cSustainable Teams in Church\u201d approach, this seminar will promote the anchoring of learning: you will be invited to form peer-to-peer follow-up pairs.
