Whether you are an in-house employee or an independent consultant, this certification will allow you to deploy and use the methodology of the 18 key factors for sustainable teams, within your company or during your assignments.
This training program runs for approximately 3 months and includes:
- Independent and online preparatory work
- Two residential days
- Peer coaching sessions
- Your first “sustainable teams” seminar facilitation”
- Coaching session with a network coach (optional)
- Half-day facilitator intervision circles
Throughout this training program you will develop and build your project personal certifying, supported and guided by the process as well as the group.
This program will allow you to naturally step into this new role of facilitator for sustainable teams.
You will also be led to facilitate one or more workshops using the methodology during your training course.
Once certifiedᐧand benefiting from the annual license:
- you are authorized to facilitate and consult with the Actitudes methodology®
- you benefit from the platform of tools and resources Actitudes®
- you join the community of facilitators and the community of practice
- you are visible in our catalog of accredited facilitators
- you can get accredited to TeamScan Actitudes® and it's included in your license
