Our privacy policy

As data protection is not only a topical issue, but also a matter of trust, your trust is very important to us. We want you to enjoy your interaction with us while knowing that we value and protect your personal data. Here you will find an overview of how and why we process your personal data.

Updates to this privacy notice

Due to changes in business and technology, we may need to change this privacy notice. We encourage you to periodically review this Privacy Notice to ensure that you are aware of how Actitudes uses your personal information.

Your consent

By browsing our site and accessing our services, you agree to our privacy policy and consent to our collection, use and protection of your personal data as described in this privacy notice.

Data protection

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person (e.g. a name, but also an IP address). The law of September 11, 2007 on the protection of personal data (LPrD: RSV 172.65) stipulates that everyone has the right to the protection of their privacy and to protection against the misuse of data concerning them.

We use various measures to preserve the confidentiality and security of your personal data, including limiting access to your personal data to those who need it and applying appropriate security standards to protect your data.

Communication between your browser and the server hosting our website is encrypted. Your personal data is transmitted securely using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. We take reasonable steps to protect our website and other systems against loss, destruction, access, modification and disclosure of your data by unauthorized persons. Despite our robust measures, we cannot guarantee that your data will not be altered, destroyed, subjected to unauthorized access or misused.

By visiting our site and using our services, you understand and accept these risks.

What data do we collect?

Personal data that you provide to us, for example by making a purchase, contacting us, providing feedback, filling in a form or questionnaire, participating in one of our programs or coaching sessions, sending us an e-mail or calling us.

Data we create (for example, when you make a purchase, and data collected automatically when you access our website, such as IP address, device identifier, or the browser you use). You can consult our notice on cookies for more information on these technologies.

Why do we process your personal data?

We process your Personal Data, including sensitive personal data you have provided to us with your consent, to communicate with you, fulfill your orders, answer your questions, provide accurate measurements when conducting assessments or coaching sessions, technical administration, and provide you with communications about Actitudes and our services. We also process your personal data to help us comply with the law (we may be required to disclose this data to third parties in the event of the fulfillment of a legal obligation, in particular under the Federal Law on the Surveillance of Correspondence by Post and Telecommunication (LSCPT) and its implementing ordinances).

We only use your personal data to understand you better in order to improve and personalize your experience when you interact with us.

Who can access your personal data and why?

We restrict the disclosure of your personal data to other persons; however, we need to disclose your personal data in certain cases and mainly to the following recipients:

With your consent, third parties/partners engaged by us to provide services such as programs and assessments/tests for your benefit, which are subject to appropriate safeguards. Any third party or partner receives only the data necessary for the task entrusted to them and is bound by our confidentiality requirements.

What are your rights regarding your personal data?

Whenever we ask you to provide us with personal data, we explain why we need it and how it will be used. Your personal data will only be processed for the purposes set out in our privacy notice, or for any other purpose that will be notified to you before processing begins. If you choose not to provide personal data when requested, this may limit the services we can offer you. For example, if you do not provide your personal data, we will not be able to proceed with your evaluation/measurement/test.

In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act, if you provide us with personal data, you have the right (i) to request access (i.e. to ask us what data we hold about you and to obtain a copy), (ii) to request that changes be made or (iii) to have the data deleted. You can do this by contacting us at the following address: info@actitudes.ch

Use of cookies

Cookies are used to automatically record personal information (e.g. IP address, browser or device used). These cookies are used to make the use of the site more pleasant and to collect information for analysis purposes (see the Google Analytics chapter).

We remind you that search and browsing data may be processed for advertising targeting purposes. This data is then used in particular for advertising purposes, statistical measurements, location-based advertising or analysis of Internet user behavior in order to personalize the advertising sent to them.

All recent browsers allow users to prevent cookies from being saved, and also to carry out browsing sessions at the end of which the cookies installed during the session are deleted (e.g.: Private browsing in Chrome mode).

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help us analyze how users navigate and use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers, which may be located outside Google.

Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.

Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You can also disable the use of Google Analytics completely using the following add-on: http: //tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google and you accept Google's terms of use.

Google has also adhered to the legal framework of the "Privacy Shield", which covers data protection relations between Switzerland and the United States. In addition, Google anonymizes your IP address before saving it.

Share buttons (social networks)

You will find buttons on our site that enable you to share content on our site with social networks. When you click on one of these buttons, your browser establishes a link with the corresponding social network. If you are connected to your network's profile, it can then record the fact that you have opened the corresponding content page on our website.

Other technical resources

We use - on a permanent or occasional basis - other analysis tools to better understand how Internet users interact with our site (for example, a tool that tracks mouse movements on our pages, enabling us to improve the layout of content and the quality of navigation).

The data collected generally consists of the Internet user's IP address, the type of device and browser used. It cannot be used to identify individual users by name.

References and links

Our site may provide references and links to other websites. Access to and use of these sites is at the user's own risk. The information and services offered by these sites are the sole responsibility of their authors.
