Facilitators' community: On January 15, our Sustainable Teams Facilitators' Kick-Start the Year took place! A video meeting between facilitators of the community and an opportunity for us..:

• Exchange between facilitators

• Sharing among peers our experiences of facilitations in 2024: both our "successes" and our "failures": because we know that being able to talk about our learning and even sometimes our "failures" enables the community to become a learning community.

• All spiced up with fun and laughter

• And leading us to reflect on our individual and collective development wishes as facilitators for 2025.

And there's no better way to do this than to reflect on the Sustainable Teams Ecocycle, a model that enables us to think and work around change both individually and as a team and organization simultaneously.
