A look back at our Facilitator Intervision Circle of June 24, 2025 during which our facilitators were able to:
- Share new ideas and inspirations on how to use the 18 key factors in their respective facilitations
- Benefit from intervision among facilitators in small qualitative groups of 3 people, this time in the "reflective teams" format.
These intervision circles among facilitators take place several times a year over a morning via video conference and are an opportunity for our facilitators to:
- Share their facilitation experiences and practices.
- Discuss their workshop facilitations and project support.
- Discover and experiment with new facilitation sequences and tools.
