Why participate in the training day ?

 « Simply because in my daily life as an HR, one needs to have tools, one needs to have means to support the business. »

How can the 18 factors be a resource?

« Indeed, these 18 factors are useful, I think, in organizational transformation. Each card has a meaning that is quite playful to understand. And it is true that today, for my part, I came because I also needed to see at the scale of a network that also has these same themes, regardless of the size of the company. »

What baggage would you like to bring back with you?

« I would like to leave with baggage where I have concretely been an actor in the use of the 18 cards. And at the same time, also see how other colleagues from other organizations use it, and thus give me a position — as Frédéric would say — of meta-position and objectivity.»
