- Target audience: Church leaders in paid or unpaid ministry; mission managers, team project leaders in community work.
Seminar objectives :
- Discover the essential foundations for building healthy, resilient, inspired and sustainable church teams.
- Learn how to effectively mobilize communities and engage volunteers within your church.
- Acquire concrete tools and practical methods, inspired by the 18 drivers developed by Actitudes, to work in a more united, lively and fruitful way.
Key themes:
- Mobilizing communities and volunteers.
- Work effectively and bear fruit.
- Navigating change and growing together.
Training content: The training is based on the "Sustainable Teams" methodology developed by Actitudes and the 18 drivers for efficient teamwork, which promotes sustainable, high-performance and humanly committed teams. This systemic approach uses the metaphor of the tree to illustrate the interdependence of the elements essential to an organization's vitality. Many organizations and voluntary associations have already been able to develop their teams by working around these factors.
- The top Represents the team's raison d'être and shared vision, innovation and value creation, and the experience of the beneficiaries ("followers").
- Trunk and branches Symbolize team dynamics, collaboration and energy flow, including inspiring goals, personal/ministry balance, conflict management and feedback, learning and growth, reliability and teamwork, and a positive attitude to change.
- Roots Roots: Embody solid foundations such as supportive leadership, psychological safety, role and process clarity, stakeholder and risk management, workplace design, resources and know-how, recognition and reward, communication, and strategy and priorities.
For lasting impact: anchoring and networking
To ensure the lasting impact of this "Sustainable Teams in Church" approach, this seminar will encourage the anchoring of learning: you will be invited to form follow-up pairs of peers. We will also initiate discussion around the creation of a community of practice, a powerful lever for the ongoing sharing of resources and best practices, extending the benefits of the training over the long term.
