Whether you're a company intern or an independentᐧe consultant, this certification will enable you to deploy and use the 18 drivers methodology for sustainable teams, within your company or during your mandates.
The training program lasts approximately 3 months and includes the following:
- Self-paced online preparatory work
- Two days in Residential
- Peer-coaching
- Your first "sustainable teams" seminar
- Coaching session with a network coach (optional)
- Half-day facilitator intervision circles
Throughout this training program, you will develop and build your own personal certification project, supported and guided by the process and the group.
This program will enable you to step naturally into this new role as a facilitator with the Sustainable Teams methodology.
You will also be asked to lead one or more workshops on the methodology during your training course.
Once certifiedᐧeand with the benefit of the annual license :
- you are qualified to lead and consult using the Actitudes® methodology
- you benefit from the Actitudes® platform of tools and resources
- join the community of facilitatorsᐧtrices and the community of practice
- you are visible in our catalog of approvedᐧtricesᐧeᐧs facilitators
- you can get TeamScan Actitudes® accreditation , included in your license.
