In this interview, Sandra Cottet, Director of Administration at the Haute école pédagogique du canton de Vaud (HEP Vaud), tells us more about her experience as a participant in the Train-the-Trainer facilitator for sustainable teams in October 2024.

Sandra also tells us that interpersonal relationships were weakened during the covid period, and that she would like to draw on 18 drivers and the sustainable teams tools to strengthen these interpersonal bonds, enable serene relationships within the team and long-term construction.
