Sharing from an inspiring Leader
A look back at the November 17 MeetUp during which we had the chance to listen to the rich sharing of Laure Baltischwiler, Deputy Director Head of the Resources Department at Raiffeisen Bank Gros-de-Vaud and Facilitator of sustainable teams, around the:
Annual evaluation process within BRDGV: How the Bank's Extended Management (DirEl) decided to integrate the 18 key factors for sustainable teams in support of defining collective annual goals per team.
During this fascinating and information-packed MeetUp, Laure tells us how she is currently facilitating participatory Workshops for each of the BRDGV teams aimed at supporting reflection and the definition of a common team goal for the coming year.
During this participatory Workshop that Laure describes to us, she uses the 18 key factors for sustainable teams to do a “scan” of how the team is doing and allow its members to express their needs, visions, and priorities for action on each dimension (key factors). The team then defines an action priority for the year (using wooden figures for voting) and then relies on the START STOP CONTINUE and the SMART model to define a team goal that suits them for the year.
Following Laure's sharing, the group present during this MeetUp was invited to reflect in sub-groups around the question:
“And you, how do you imagine integrating the 18 key factors into an organizational performance process?”
Here are some key elements & ideas shared by the group on how to use these 18 Actitudes® key factors:
- Use the 18 key factors at the organizational, leadership, and team level as a Common Language
- and to foster spaces for exchange between teams, cross-functionally, and also within teams.
- To support 1:1, bilateral exchanges to understand needs and strengths between colleagues, with one's manager, or one's team member.
- Choose 3 key factors for the year at the organizational level
- Ensure the alignment and balance of initiatives at different levels: organizational, team, and individual.
- Use the key factors to work on the “major challenges” at the organizational level
Thank you for your valuable sharing Laure, as well as for your valuable contributions, dear MeetUp participants!

And if you wish to join us for our next MeetUps Actitudes®, registration is free and open to everyone!
