Lasting one and a half days in a residential setting, this program is an opportunity to offer you a space for introspection, reflection, and peer exchange. It is a place to explore new avenues of facilitation, both in terms of tools and approach. This work will allow you to, in turn, invite the groups you accompany to go further in their own exploration, moving from a transactional level to relational and transformational spaces.
The program is led bilingually (French and English) by our team of experienced facilitators:
Marie O’Hara, Clarissa Nicolet and Frederic Meuwly.
This program was created for certified facilitators who wish to deepen their practice and explore their own facilitation experiences. It offers anadvanced exploration that goes beyond the simple application of methodologies to touch upon the understanding and sensitivity of the subtle dynamics of facilitation. By developing a better awareness of yourself and what is at play in resonance with the group, you will be able to create psychologically safe spaces that allow teams to experience true transformations, so as not to be solely on a “surface work”.
This residential program is a true immersion, structured around two major axes: the exploration of your facilitator identity and the advanced application of concepts.

You will benefit from the cross-perspectives of your fellow facilitators as well as the expert insight of the team that will accompany you in this process. You will also explore specific challenges frequently encountered, such as:
By allowing yourself to be fully in your role as a facilitator, you will be better able to support teams in advanced explorations. You will know how to manage projections and expectations, how to offer constructive feedback, and how to create a space where trust and mutual learning can flourish. This program is an opportunity to perfect yourself to profoundly transform your facilitation practice.
