- Introduction to the 18 key factors: an interactive presentation of the foundations of team sustainability.

You will experience how these cards facilitate discussions, team diagnostics, and the co-construction of action plans. Discover their multiple applications for retrospectives, intervisions, feedback, or project planning.
- Case studies and discussions: apply the concepts to real situations and benefit from the group's feedback and ideas.
- Q&A session and personalized action plan: leave with a clear plan to integrate these tools and principles within your own team.

The price of the training depends on your status. We offer two pricing options to allow you to choose the one that suits you.
- Standard Rate (Companies and Organizations) : 800.- CHF excl. VAT
- Special Rate (Individuals, Freelancers, and “Sustainable Teams” Partner Organizations) : 640.- CHF excl. VAT (a reduction of 20%)
These two packages include the in-person training day, complete educational material, full board (lunch and breaks), as well as the “Sustainable Teams” game box.
