Day's schedule
During this immersive day, you will dive into the heart of the Actitudes methodology and experience its tools.
- Introduction to the 18 key factors: a brief presentation of the foundations of the approach.
- Practical workshops with the card game: learn to use our game box through various scenarios. You will experience how these cards facilitate discussions, team diagnostics, and the co-construction of action plans. Discover their multiple applications for retrospectives, intervisions, feedback, or project planning.
- Case studies and discussions: apply the concepts to real situations and benefit from the group's feedback and ideas.
- Personalized Action Plan: leave with your own action plan to integrate these tools and principles within your team.

Each participant will leave with their own game box “Exploring sustainable teams“ to take action with their team. Designed to be directly usable, this kit contains:

Details and Prices
The price of the training depends on your status. We offer two pricing options to allow you to choose the one that suits you.
- Standard Rate (Companies and Organizations) : 800.- CHF excl. VAT
- Special Rate (Individuals, Freelancers, and “Sustainable Teams” Partner Organizations) : 640.- CHF excl. VAT (a reduction of 20%)
These two packages include the in-person training day, the complete educational material, lunch and on-site breaks as well as the “Sustainable Teams” game kit.
