Key points covered

Whether you are an in-house employee or an external consultant, this certification will allow you to deploy and use the methodology of the 18 key factors for sustainable teams, within your company or to support your assignments.

Program outline

Lasting approximately 3 months, the program combines online preparatory work, an in-person training seminar, and continuous support. Throughout this program, you will develop and build your personal certifying project, supported and guided by the process and the group. You will also be led to facilitate one or more workshops using the methodology during your training journey.

This program will naturally allow you to step into this new role as a facilitator for sustainable teams.

Online preparation (1 to 2 months before the seminar):

  • Familiarization with the key concepts and tools of the methodology.
  • Independent and online preparatory work.

2-day residential seminar:

  • Total immersion to experience and experiment with the tools in depth.
  • Facilitation of concrete workshops, exchanges and sharing of experiences among participants.
  • Development of your personal certification project, with the support of the group and the process.

Application and certification phase (post-seminar):

  • Facilitation of a first seminar “Sustainable Teams” with your own teams or clients.
  • Intervision circles to facilitate the sharing of your practices and obtain feedback from other facilitators.
  • Finalization of your certification project to validate the integration of skills.
