  • Diagnostic and Personal Profile (Online): Each participant completes a quick and intuitive online questionnaire. This diagnostic generates a comprehensive personal profile of over 20 pages, a true mirror of their behavioral preferences and leadership style.
  • Workshop “Leadership Effectiveness” (1 day in-person) : A dynamic and interactive day to explore the four Insights Discovery colors.
  • Model exploration: Understanding the Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, and Cool Blue energies.
  • Profile deciphering: Time for individual and small group reflection to appropriate one's own style.
