A look back at our Facilitator Intervision Circle of June 24, 2025, during which our facilitators were able to:
- Share new ideas and inspiration on how to use the 18 drivers in their respective animations
- Benefit from intervision between facilitators in small qualitative groups of 3 people, this time in the "reflective teams" format.
These intervision circles between facilitators take place several times a year over a one-morning video session and provide an opportunity for our facilitators to:
- Share their facilitation experiences and practices.
- Exchange views on their workshops and project support.
- Discover and experiment with new facilitation sequences and tools.
