Sharing an inspiring leader
Thanks to our top MeetUp speaker Julie Müller for her fascinating sharing of your work with managers and teams using 18 drivers for sustainable teams, in her previous position as Head of Stewardship at the CHUV.
Julie's sharing generated a lot of interest in the group, and it was interesting to see that the challenges faced at team level in your field also speak to people in very different fields of work. This is one of the aims of our MeetUp Actitudes: to break down barriers and share best practices, inspirations and ideas between different professional fields, even when they are, on the face of it, very different.
Julie tells us how she was able to use the 18 drivers cards during a half-day workshop with her managers to generate exchanges within the group, express priority themes and focus ideas and proposals for improvement around several key dimensions in particular:
#18 Supportive Leadership
#16 Communication tools and platforms.
Following this workshop, the teams were able to develop various projects within the framework of the priority factors defined together:
- Like creating video tutorials made by the team for the team, in the form of short training videos.
- The management team has also been working progressively on the manager-coach posture.
In Julie's day-to-day management life, the 18 drivers cards have become a guideline for her personally and in her team management.
We could pick out many more fascinating points from her sharing, but for the sake of brevity, we'll stop here for today. We warmly invite you to take part in our next MeetUp Actitudes™.
