Last February 3rd, our Actitudes® MeetUp took place with Frederic Meuwly, founder of the sustainable team approach and the 18 key factors, who told us about the link between the four factors at the top of the Tree of 18 key factors:

• Setting inspiring goals for individuals and the team

and how to activate them to enter the virtuous circle of sustainable value creation.

The theme of this MeetUp was how to go beyond OKRs, SMART objectives and KPIs and enable sustainable value creation.
