«I think it's absolutely necessary and fundamental, for teams to be able to develop, that they have the necessary support from their hierarchy.»
In this interview, Pauline Strehler, Head of the Health & Family Support Sector at the Vaud Red Cross, tells us more about her participant experience during the Train-the-Trainer facilitator for sustainable teams in October 2024.
Pauline tells us how the sustainable teams methodology supports an organizational approach within the framework of the “customer focus” project for which the Vaud Red Cross decided to focus, not on external customers, but from an internal customer perspective: that is, with staff and employees!
Her keywords are:
- Human-to-human connection
- Exciting, healthy, and useful work
- Development with teams from a perspective of sustainability and improvement
- Supportive leadership
- Clear roles and processes
- Appropriation of the method: to each their own way
