One of the themes that emerged during our last Facilitators' Intervision Circle, which took place on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, with a small group of facilitators in Vevey, was that of:
"Post-workshop" follow-up and the integration of ideas and actions that emerged during a workshop into the daily professional life of a team or organization.
The facilitators' group discussion focused particularly on:
- How can we enable the integration of ideas and avenues that emerged during a workshop into the individual and team professional daily life?
- What physical support (disk, mini-cubes, etc.) can help this transfer into daily professional life: for example, by bringing a physical object back to one's desk and how?
- How can we enable “anchoring” on actions agreed upon during a workshop? : For example, with peer-coaching pairs to concretely follow up on actions.
- And how can we enable bringing back and integrating the collaborative dynamic created during the workshop beyond the workshop?
🌀 Our intervision circles are reserved for our certified or in-certification facilitators and take place 3 to 4 times a year over half a day.
These intervision circles are an opportunity for our facilitators to:
- Share their facilitation experiences and practices.
- Exchange on their workshop facilitation and project support.
- Discover and experiment with new facilitation sequences and tools.
- Co-create, co-build, and experience this community of facilitators together.
