Un moment fort avec nos facilitatrices et facilitateurs en cours de certification

Le résidentiel de 2 jours à Charmey début juin 2023 fût un moment fort dans le parcours de formation Train-the-Trainer ACTITUDES™ de nos facilitatrices et facilitateurs des équipes durables en cours de certification.

Two beautiful and intense days during which our facilitators experienced, experimented, observed and integrated numerous group coaching and facilitation possibilities with 18 drivers for sustainable teams. This residential 2023 was also the key moment when the community of facilitators for sustainable teams began to weave itself together, and possibilities for co-creation, collaboration and exchanges of practice began to emerge.

Let's get to work putting our facilitators to work! 

It's also the symbolic milestone in the training journey from which our 12 facilitators are ready for their implementation project, which consists of accompanying one or more teams/organizations and facilitating a "sustainable teams" seminar.
