A highlight with our facilitators in the process of certification

The 2-day residential in Charmey in early June 2023 was a highlight in the Train-the-Trainer ACTITUDES™ training journey of our Sustainable Teams facilitators in the process of certification.

Two beautiful and intense days during which our facilitators experienced, experimented, observed and integrated numerous group coaching and facilitation possibilities with 18 drivers for sustainable teams. This residential 2023 was also the key moment when the community of facilitators for sustainable teams began to weave itself together, and possibilities for co-creation, collaboration and exchanges of practice began to emerge.

Let's get to work putting our facilitators to work! 

It's also the symbolic milestone in the training journey from which our 12 facilitators are ready for their implementation project, which consists of accompanying one or more teams/organizations and facilitating a "sustainable teams" seminar.
