Sharing from an inspiring Leader
Thank you for your valuable sharing Célia Neipp during our Actitudes MeetUp this Monday around your work supporting your teams in an environment of great change and with newly formed teams.
Your sharing was full of gems, both managerial and group facilitation, and we found your ability to transition from team leader to facilitator admirable during the animation of your collective intelligence workshop (which was one of the stages of the support you shared with us).
Among these gems, we would like to mention a few, in no particular order:
HOW DO WE BRING MEANING DESPITE DECISIONS THAT HAVE BEEN IMPOSED ON US? Some of your proposals:
- Transparency: explain why these decisions were made, the broader context.
- Give teams a choice on "how" things will be done and allow team members leeway on how they want to do it.
FEEDBACK CULTURE IS NOT SELF-EVIDENT:
- It requires regular practice and trust in the hierarchy
- It must be formalized to be healthy
THE POWER OF COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE and your skillful and agile workshop facilitation during which you brilliantly combined the creative thinking structures of the "double diamond" of design-thinking as well as the 18 key factors for sustainable teams for structuring and prioritizing themes.
A big thank you to Célia Neipp and the group present at this MeetUp on April 22.
