Using the sustainable teams cards is possible for you because you have already attended one or more sustainable teams workshops, so you are a sustainable teams explorer! You already have a deck of cards in your hands and/or you can (re)order them via our shop. As a sustainable teams explorer, you are authorized to use these cards and ideas with your direct team.

The 18 key factors cards: a facilitation tool that allows easy appropriation of the methodology, generates dialogue and enables structured expression from everyone, as well as autonomy in work and action post-workshop.

How to use the 18 key factors cards with my team?

Structure and stimulate reflection and exchanges: in a team, in a duo, and with yourself.
Allow the expression of needs, structured and supported by the cards.
Identify what's going well and what's going less well. 
Generate ideas, avenues for action.
Prioritize areas of work for the team.
Focus on one or more key factors and allow for a deep dive.
In support of thematic working groups.
In support during the planning of a project's deployment.
Conduct a project retrospective. Analyze a project through the lens of the 18 key factors.
Structure and feed your evaluation interviews, with your manager, with your collaborators.
Enable the sharing of best practices. Valuing work. 
Use it as a toolbox for ideas and concrete avenues.
