Key topics

In an ever-changing professional world, a team's ability to maintain its performance, commitment and well-being over the long term is paramount. How can we instill this sustainability in our day-to-day work? Our "Exploring Sustainable Teams: Managers/Leaders" program is an intensive, hands-on day designed to answer these questions. Attend this face-to-face event to discover the dynamics of sustainable teams, and leave with concrete tools to apply immediately.

Why is this program right for you?

This day is a unique opportunity to :

  • Discover the 18 drivers of the "sustainable teams" methodology developed by Actitudes®.
  • Experiment with a powerful, versatile tool: put our 18 drivers card game into practice.
  • Get a ready-to-use kit: leave with your own "Exploring Sustainable Teams" game box and a set of resources to animate your teams.
  • Exchange ideas with other Managers/Leaders: share your experiences and benefit from cross-views of individual and collective situations.
  • Move from theory to practice: benefit from a highly operational format to apply concepts the very next day.

Course of the day
