She is passionate about the complexity and systemic nature of organizations, and helps organizations create healthy workspaces based on meaning at work where everyone can contribute to collective success. Andrea holds a Master's degree in science and is recognized by the FSP as a Psychologist specializing in occupational health.

Anne-Laure is passionate about leadership and career development coaching; her mission as a certified consultant and coach is to quickly identify how to bring about positive changes and accelerate the success of the leaders, teams, and organizations she supports. With over 17 years of experience in Switzerland and internationally in the fields of human resources, legal, communication, and marketing, Anne-Laure created Leadingenius in 2015. Her clients highlight her ability to quickly bring them a positive impact thanks to her coaching approach which combines active listening and a deep understanding of the challenges of today's professional world.
