Train-the-Trainer: Certifiedᐧtrice Facilitatorᐧe for sustainable teams

Join our Train-the-Trainer (TTT) training and become a certified facilitator for sustainable teams with 18 drivers Actitudes®. This highly practical and experiential certification is for you coaches, trainersᐧtrices, consultantᐧeᐧs in management, HR and organizational development specialists.

Key points addressed

Whether you are an internal company or an externalᐧe consultant, this certification will enable you to deploy and use the 18 drivers methodology for sustainable teamswithin your company or to support your mandates.

Program sequence

Lasting around 3 months, the course combines online preparatory work, a face-to-face training seminar and ongoing coaching. Throughout the program, you will develop and build your personal certification project, supported and guided by the process and the group. You will also be asked to lead one or more workshops using the methodology during your training course.

This program will enable you to step naturally into your new role as facilitator of sustainable teams.

Online preparation (1 to 2 months before the seminar) :

  • Familiarization with the key concepts and tools of the methodology.
  • Online, independent preparatory work.

2-day residential seminar :

  • Total immersion to experience the tools in depth.
  • Concrete workshops, exchanges and sharing of experiences between participants.
  • Development of your personal certification project, with the support of the group and the process.

Application and certification phase (post-seminar) :

  • Run an initial "Sustainable Teams" seminar with your own teams or principals.
  • Intervision circles to share your practices and get feedback from other facilitators.
  • Finalize your certification project to validate the integration of skills.

The price of the training depends on your status. We offer two pricing options, so you can choose the one that's right for you.

  • Standard rate (companies and organizations): CHF 4,500 plus VAT
  • Special rate (Individuals and self-employed): CHF 3,600 excl. tax (20% discount)

Both packages include :

  • The 2-day residential seminar, including an overnight stay.
  • Complete teaching materials.
  • Lunch, dinner and coffee breaks during the residential program.
  • The "Starter Kit de Facilitation" gift set.
  • 2500 online TeamScan units offered with certification.

Registration process

The registration process is simple and takes place in several stages to ensure that our program perfectly meets your expectations.

  1. Choose your session: select the session date that suits you best from the options below and complete the online registration form.
  2. Exploratory interview: following your registration, we will organize an exploratory interview by videoconference. This exchange will enable us to better understand your project and validate together that this program is the most suitable for your needs.
  3. Confirmation of registration: after this interview, we will finalize your registration and send you all the practical information you need to start the program.
