Imagine a friendly, café-inspired atmosphere where fluid and stimulating conversations are paramount. The World Café is a participatory methodology that allows large groups to explore complex questions and generate innovative ideas. Participants move from station to station, sharing their thoughts, listening to others' perspectives, and collectively enriching discussions. It is a dynamic approach that fosters collective intelligence and co-creation.
During this interactive workshop, we will address and delve into the essential levers for creating harmonious and high-performing teams, capable of meeting tomorrow's challenges, as defined by Actitudes®. These 18 key factors offer ideas and actions to strengthen every dimension of effective and sustainable teamwork.

Every 2 to 3 months, we will organize friendly networking breakfasts. These privileged moments will allow working groups and all interested participants to:
These regular meetings will ensure the program's momentum and the sustainability of the actions implemented, making lasting intergenerational teams a concrete reality within your organization.
Initiate your own World Café and give new momentum to intergenerational collaboration!
