The 18 key factor giant cubes bring a real immersion into the “sustainable teams” universe and allow the appropriation of each dimension / factor to one's own team reality, its challenges and solution paths.

The Actitudes® giant cubes allow for "concrete" connection and interaction with each of the 18 key factors for sustainable teams: exploring challenges within one's organization, generating ideas and concrete action paths.

In terms of facilitation, these giant cubes allow for the use of a room's spaces throughout the animation, by creating zones, movements, facilitating future projections and/or retrospectives.
