A highlight with our facilitators currently undergoing certification

The 2-day residential course in Charmey in early June 2023 was a highlight in the ACTITUDES™ Train-the-Trainer program for our sustainable teams' facilitators currently undergoing certification.

Two beautiful and intense days during which our facilitators experience, experiment, observe, and integrate numerous possibilities for group coaching and facilitation with the 18 key factors for sustainable teams. This 2023 residential course was also the flagship moment when the community of sustainable teams' facilitators began to form, and opportunities for co-creation, collaboration, and exchange of practices started to emerge.

It is also the symbolic milestone of the training program from which our 12 facilitators are ready for their implementation project, which consists of accompanying one or more teams / organizations and facilitating a «sustainable teams» seminar.
