One of the themes that emerged at our last Cercle d'intervision facilitateurs.trices, which took place on Tuesday September 17, 2024 with a small group of facilitators in Vevey, was :
Post-workshop follow-up and the integration of the ideas and actions that emerged during a workshop into the day-to-day professional life of a team or organization.
The facilitators' group's reflections focused in particular on:
- How can the ideas and ideas that emerge during a workshop be integrated into the day-to-day work of individuals and teams?
- What physical support (discs, mini-cubes, etc.) can help this transfer into everyday professional life: by bringing a physical object back to the office with you, for example, and how?
- How can we "anchor" actions agreed during a workshop? For example, with peer-coaching pairs to follow up on concrete actions.
- And how can the collaborative dynamic created during the workshop be brought back and integrated beyond the workshop itself?
- Share experiences and facilitation practices.
- Exchange on their animationᐧs of workshops and accompaniments of projects.
- Discover and experiment with new facilitation sequences and tools.
- Co-create, co-build and live this community of facilitators together.
