During this excerpt from the October 2024 Train-the-Trainer, this group of facilitators in training was working on various real cases, brought by each of the participants.
Some of the themes currently being co-developed during these excerpts were:
- How to evolve individual feedback practices towards feedback practices that also integrate a collective dimension, using the 18 key factors for sustainable teams?
- Design a good “teasing” plan” to awaken a group's interest, prior to sustainable teams work.
Before these participatory workshops during which each participant benefits from the cross-perspectives of their peer facilitators; each had given a quick pitch to the group about their “case”. This work phase, during the two-day Train-the-Trainer residential, is the phase we call “Pitch a case!”
It's often a significant moment during which we all want to get to work on the different cases and design tailor-made support programs to meet the needs brought forth! In fact, that's exactly what is asked of participants during the Train-the-Trainer!
Our facilitators present in these excerpts work within different organizations that use the sustainable teams approach and wish to perpetuate it through certified internal facilitators.
