Key factors for efficient and effective collaboration on external evaluations

Key factors for efficient and effective collaboration on external evaluations

A retrospective on the collaboration of two project managers on a complex project for an institutional accreditation procedure.

On September 23, we were delighted to welcome Nathalie Valière and Bastien Brodard to our Actitudes MeetUp. Bastien and Nathalie worked together on a complex HEP accreditation project over a period of several months, Nathalie as quality project manager at the HEP and Bastien as project manager for the external AAQ agency.

Collaboration between different business specialists:
Both are trained in the sustainable teams approach and wanted to use 18 drivers for sustainable teams to evaluate their collaboration.

Here are the key factors that have:

  • supported the running of the project within their respective organizations and

  • characterized their collaboration in this external evaluation of the Haute Ecole:

➢ Supportive leadership
➢ Customer focus
➢ Strategy & roadmap
➢ Roles & processes
➢ Resources & know-how

For them, the 18 drivers framework for sustainable support teams was:

  • useful for activity analysis, including when combining project management and collaborative leadership
  • a lever for analyzing collaboration between two organizations

  • relevant to the management of the higher education sector

  • support for the development of a "sustainable performance culture

Thank you to our two speakers for this inspiring sharing and to the group for their participation. See you soon for our next MeetUp together!
