Anne-Laure is passionate about leadership and career development coaching; her mission as a consultant and certified coach is to quickly identify how to bring about positive change and accelerate the success of the leaders, teams and organizations she coaches. With over 17 years' experience in Switzerland and internationally in the fields of human resources, legal, communications and marketing, Anne-Laure created Leadingenius in 2015. Her ciients appreciate her ability to quickly bring them a positive impact thanks to her approach to coaching, which combines active listening and an in-depth understanding of the challenges of today's professional world.

Frédéric is passionate about developing sustainable teams and organizations, which led him to found Actitudes™ in 2010. As a consultant and speaker, he works with leaders and their teams to drive the changes needed to implement responsible leadership and a sustainable organizational culture.
