  • SELF - Fully utilize your emotional intelligence, empathy and compassion to develop an authentic and inclusive leaderhsip. Develop your own vision and internal bearings as a leader. Take stock of your strengths and weaknesses through 360° feedback. Identify the strengths and weaknesses specific to your leadership style.

Anne-Laure is passionate about leadership and career development coaching; her mission as a consultant and certified coach is to quickly identify how to bring about positive change and accelerate the success of the leaders, teams and organizations she coaches. With over 17 years' experience in Switzerland and internationally in the fields of human resources, legal, communications and marketing, Anne-Laure created Leadingenius in 2015.
